Glenn Pearce (Accountant / Tax Agent / Managing Director)

Glenn Pearce is the Managing Director of OTG Accountants. He is an accountant and registered tax agent, and a fellow of the Institute of Public Accountants.
Glenn has been in the tax and accounting profession since 1999. He previously worked for medium and large accounting firms in Coffs Harbour, working under the tutelage of highly skilled and knowledgeable accountants.
Glenn specialises in the more technical areas of accounting, including investments, trusts, company tax, business structures, charities and
self-managed superannuation funds.
Renee O'Donovan (Accountant / Office Administrator) AIPA, B.Bus (Acc)
Renee O'Donovan is an accountant and bookkeeper, who joined the OTG Accountants network at its inception in 2011. Renee is a certified Xero advisor and can assist you with your Xero needs. Renee is also familiar with MYOB bookkeeping and proficient at organising and streamlining complex systems.
Renee specialises in individual tax returns, including for small businesses and investments. She can assist with rental properties, shares, managed funds and more.
Renee has worked as a tax consultant in a high volume income tax practice in Coffs Harbour and has gained valuable knowledge from working with a wide range of different clients.
Brian Schneider (Senior Accountant / Business Analyst)
Brian is an SMSF specialist and has worked as an
SMSF auditor. He is a senior technical accountant and business analyst. He has worked within large firms throughout Coffs Harbour and regional NSW prior to joining us.
Katlin Floyd (GST Specialist / Xero certified bookkeeper)
Kaitlin is a GST specialist and a Xero-certified bookkeeper. In addition to this, she is also an office administrator taking care of all admin in-house. She manages all GST and business activity statement lodgements.
